Which part do you not understand? If you dont have MC, how can you play MCSG. He is saying that 1800000/7000000000 = 1/3888 which is true, but it should be 180000000/10000000 = 18 because only 10million people have MC.
1.8 million people in the world have played MCSG. 1.8 million out of 10 million MC players have played, but that's a completely different statistic.
And you found that where?
7000000000 (humans)/1800000 (MCSG players)=3888.8888
