Where are the servers hosted?

I live in the US on the east coast and find myself getting a better ping to the CA servers than I do while playing on the US servers.

CA- Somewhere in Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa?)
EU- France
AU- Somewhere in Australia (Perth, Sydney?)
I live on the East coast too, and I also get better ping to CA.

I am pretty positive that the US servers are hosted in Phoenix and the EU servers in France. I don't know where the CA and AU servers are located though. :/

I've heard that CA is hosted either in north-eastern US or on the east coast of Canada.
Edit: I feel like CA should get more SG signs in the lobby and ask all northeastern US players to use that one instead. The popularity would be insane

AU is hosted in Melbourne (Or Sydney, I believe Melbourne)
