I do mostly agree with this post. But the thing with forum join date... I can believe someone joined fairly later, as I joined the forums 8 months after I began playing. The majority of people who join the forums will typically join a few days after getting into MCSG, it only makes so much sense, right?
Even then, I'm still kind of right with Golden, as he just stated he joined in March (when he first started playing) which I'm pretty sure made absolutely no difference from then and today, because:
1. People still teamed like a disease.
2. The whole, "caring" about each other thing died when the game itself got really competitive with wins. Don't ask me when that happened, cause I joined around the time MCSG was really getting a growth in players, and people were still flaming their heads off, maybe even more than today honestly.
3. People still have fun, some just get way too competitive. (See 2)
4. Try-harding is the point of the game. Don't want to win, then don't try.
5. People's grammar on MCSG has never been the sharpest in the shed, let alone the internet's...
I could keep going on, but as you see, I want to keep my post at a readable level.
MCSG's current situation which I'm not too fond of won't happen until Minecraft itself dies. Which means MCSG has a lot of spare time, unless they seriously make careless mistakes and forcibly run off their fanbase, which won't happen.
You'll always get those few exceptions, and believe me, I joined about a month or two after I started competitively playing, but like I said, most people typically join communities right after they become familiar with a certain subject.I do mostly agree with this post. But the thing with forum join date... I can believe someone joined fairly later, as I joined the forums 8 months after I began playing.
