Do you have your hard drives installed correctly? The pc relies on the Operating System in the Hard Drive to boot up correctly.

I'll check tomorrow morning. Does the the operating disk go in the hard drive?

Yes that would be referring to your hard drive. Tomorrow if that doesn't seem to be the problem you can PM me and I'll continue to troubleshoot the issue some more.

Windows problems..

Just because you aren't competent enough to build a PC, it doesn't make Mac better than Windows.

Make sure your HDD is set to first option in the BIOS.
