You can always upgrade it later on. It'll be more than enough to run Minecraft

I'd recommend a custom built computer. Look on newegg.com to see what they have, maybe look at some setup videos from Minecraft players and take their advice on building a computer. Or you can spend 1,000 or so dollars and get an Alienware.

Minecraft is mainly CPU rendering, so if you're on a budget you probably want to focus on a stronger CPU rather than a stronger GPU. I prefer Intel by far, but going AMD can save you some money.
