I usually use a custom Plethora or Tweaked Chocolate pack, sometimes R3D CRAFT for pvp. Soartex Fanver or Flow for building(mostly modern =P)

maxpack, shredders faithful, faithful pvp, faithful, faithful venom and my customsied faithful.
All of them are 32x exept faithfulvenom which is 64x and maxpack is 16x

OCD is a great texture pack for old/bad computers, gives me about +10FPS boost. It's a life saver for me also, optifine if you don't have it already.

Generally I use OCD, default, Misa's, or Sphax 64x64.
