The majority of my spare time is spent doing track and field and training for it. I train 2 times a week and compete once or twice. I also play volleyball once a week and also train for that. As well as training I also do a weights program every Thursday and when I have some other spare time (which is like, never) I spend my time usually at the beach with friends. So yeah, I do a lot
