I don't see why everyone likes Avaricia.. The terraforming is horrible and the buildings are not too special.. I guess the gameplay is ok.

Not to mention that it's a run-friendly map. (As in you can run in a circle for hours on end on this map)

In this Thread you get to share your opinions on different maps on MCSG
and how you feel about these maps so feel free to comment about your favorite map :D
(my favorite map personally is Teweran SG 3: futuristic city ) Because of the range of terrain such as a city then it smoothly transitions to a jungle also there is a sewer plus the map is very well built plus i have an epic chest route teehee :3 so leave a comment below about your favorite map and why you like it so much I also LOVE Wyren's wake :D
For me it has to be Valleyside Uni. No matter which way you run you are guaranteed to get chests. It's also very easy to get tier 2's

I will get hate for this, and I know it

sg1, nothing beats the original. the pvp isn't bad, with plenty of flat spaces. also, I love how no one gets really OP unless they know the secrets of the map

sg3 because it really forces you to rely on PvP skills to win, as theres like one tier 2 in the whole map, you need to kill people for stuff. the games, though long, never bore me

wyverns wake is just awesome, in terms of pvp, terraforming, everything

moonlight lake is a map where you need to love it for its short games, but interesting PvP with water and forest fights. its just amazing

survival kingdom even though it lagged, is a good map, with good pvp, lots of secrets, and nice building in general

before you start saying "oh he likes all the bad underplayed maps", I don't. I hated asia games, I hated freeze island, I hate sg5, and fortress pyke is just...meh. not bad, but kinda boring
I disagree with your thoughts on SG3. I feel that (especially for our newer members) it's less about PVP and more about survival. Why? On SG3, (and I hope I'm not the only one to think this) it's hard to find chests. There are some tunnels out of the big tree that can leave you running around forever. I for one have starved to death on SG3 many times, (not anymore) just because I ran around for 15 minutes looking for chests. Then my last resort would be corn, and upon entering, I'd see at least 2-4 players in my same condition if not worse.

But I love SG3, it's nice to look at.

All maps that include a gameplay aspect I call "survival" (I know, crazy right, who would do that, just vote breeze I guess) because that us what the "survival" games are based on, it's not the "sg4 games" or the "PvP games" that it's turned into, it's kinda sad.

I used to love Valleyside University, but I have gone of that now since most of the main chest routes are crammed with people and if one nabs a sword, you're dead. Now though, Demon's Breeze or Breeze Island because of the excellent PVP environment and how you can't back out of a fight, also the contrast between the rugged terrain around the cornucopia and the wide open sea. As opposed to somewhere like Avaricia or Teweran SG3 - Futuristic City where the circular nature and largeness of the map respectively prevent this. (I would also recommend a poll to see what the MCSG community's favourite map is from a numerical viewpoint)

ok thanks for the poll suggestion :D
