The games that I've enjoyed playing the most over the course of my life include Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom, Spongebob: Lights, Camera, Pants, Gran Turismo 5 & 6, Little Big Planet 1 & 2. Nowadays I play more Minecraft/LoL than any of those games but I enjoyed the aforementioned ones so much more.

Gran Turismo 5 is an awesome game. I remember playing the hell out of the prologue before the full game came out. I just got burnt out when it comes to minecraft last year after playing mcsg all the time since may of 2012 I believe. I also got my dose of league earlier this year, played for a few months but have since found mmos to not be as addicting as they were when I was younger and realized not so healthy to no-life any game for to long. Now I only mostly pick up single player games here and there. Also played the other games you mentioned before, nice choices!

Yeah, lots of people where complaining that GT6 is pretty much the exact same thing as GT5, but I beg to differ. The Vision GT cars are just so amazing that I can't really play any other racing game, plus I have a lot of long-time friends on there as well.
I'm also getting tired of league, but I'm waiting for Overwatch to come out in the fall, as that's the game I'll probably be addicted to by then.
