I play on Quake Pro because you can see the most of the area with it. With normal, your view is very straight forward and can not really see your peripheral vision like you are supposed to. Quake Pro allows you to see the most so in PVP scenarios if someone is coming up on your right then you can see them quicker and in return, react to them faster, getting an extra hit

I play on normal and sensitivity 60 or something, works for me.

If you have a speed 2 and quake pro, you screen goes upside down lol
But 100 is good for me, I like 100, it's very clean.
