Around 50 degrees celsius on standby, 60-70 when playing most games (the Cooler Master case helps lower the tempreature quite a bit already, so I didn't really bother getting a CPU cooler).
Minecraft runs at 200-300 FPS on average with max settings (with 32x anti-aliasing).

You can adjust anti-aliasing for minecraft? Time for me to do some searching.

If you're using an Nvidia graphics card, go into Nvidia's control panel, go to "Manage 3d settings", then add javaw.exe to the list and adjust the graphics settings however you want.
