I have it. and I used MCEdit to edit the map to work with this server.

just tell me if you are interested and I could give the server the map (I don't want the download link available to the public so I need to privately give the map to the server owners).

The map is owned by Variede and cannot be put on these servers without permission. I don't know how you got the map either.
