As long as the map that is "random" is not one that has been played within the recent past (as it is currently, 5 maps.) I'm all in on this idea. [EDIT: was totally lazy and did not read thread responses]

I'm not going to go through the thread to see if somebody has said exactly this, but seeming as I believe that BO2 has a really good map selection system where all maps get played fairly regularly, and that MCSG has a similar number of SG Maps as to maps in COD, why not just make it an option of just two maps and a random? I doubt that with 5 map options, the random will ever get picked, as there will usually always be one of the five that people like most and is overplayed (Breeze, Freeze, SG4, Valleyside etc.)

I actually suggesten something like this back when the voting system was first revamped
So yes, I'd really like to see something like this, although perhaps with 3 maps and a random, rather than five.
