Once you have sent in your application, just head on our TeamSpeak and poke one of the staff members [Captain, Leader] for applicant and they should assign your rank within a matter of minutes.

That certain captain must've had no poke on when you tried to contact them, whenever you are trying to contact a staff member and they have no poke on [it says that you have insufficient permissions], just double click their name and you should be lead to a private chat, including them; just message them with your request and you should be good.
