One person can make his members win an even and maybe even uneven fight
the other just makes up "chokepoints" which are really camping spots and uses them in scrims to act like a good tactician and then they realize that in clan battles these guys are useless because the other team doesn't even rush. In other words, this type of leader makes up a bunch of stuff and tries to be a tactician/leader but can't even.
