i think apex should me in the 2nd spot let's be honest blitz only beat apex twice and apex has beat blitz 4 times

Clan rankings are just opinion-based, so there's no official way to move up. But I guess if you beat Blitz 5-0 then a lot of people may regard you as better than them, especially if you beat them a couple of times rather than on just one occasion.
