That's your opinion which is fine, however I'd like to clear up the team thing.
I play with Phoenix members because it's more of a challenge, when you say teaming I don't go around every game asking randoms to team to win. I don't win farm off my friends, Phoenix members which is a general misconception. Actually, you should try it. Do you think it would be easier to win solo games with no good players or with actual good players? Also, this list is rated off PvP skill. I probably wouldn't be on there for that, but I disagree with a majority of the ratings. Some play at midnight for wins, some massive team with randoms, etc
Anyway I'll give my list, excluding me. I'm including SG skill at this as well, something you have seem to forgot (A player who knows how to SG will destroy a good PvPer anyday, a mix between the both is considered godly.)
#1: Quackeryy, oh quackeryy if you got good connection to AU I think it'd be worth leaving because you'd be unstoppable. Incredibly dominant at... Basically everything, can beat higher up players with 3-4 bars and more importantly a dominant player.
#2-3: Stigjam89 - In his prime, it was a joke.. Fighting him was impossible. He won I believe... 40/45 in the broad daylight, in 7 hours playing with good people? I mean, on AU that's basically impossible without playing at midnight and win farming with a team, doing it without those qualities take something.. Absolutely scary with his rod and bow
#2-3 Snochet65 - wtf, legit.. I remember saying "go" 10 seconds before death match. I started that DM on 1 heart. .-.
Absolute monster with the bow, knows how to play SG.
#4 Kooksey99 - He doesn't care about the game anymore and enjoys jumping off large buildings, but when he tries he looks like he is the equivalent to a hacker (I asked him to screenshare once.. That's how crazy he was going with his sword)
#5 Blakew447 - Incredibly good with the sword. Smart player. Good in general.

Flok - way to tactical, only standout strength is the bow.. Everything else is average if that

Billa - probs would be #1 if LoL didn't exist
Kytria - gank top wtf noob
Darkrai202 - is god and can 1v5 this list

Topgear72 - good player, ratio mainly comes from win farming though. still very gud
edit: I just saw this thread rates people on being good because of PvP, get out of MCSG if you think that's the case.
