Tier / Level 3 Chest

If their still introducing tier 3's, i think they need to be really hard to get. Like, huge amounts of lava parkour to get them. But there should be some pretty OP stuff in them to reward the player. If maps don't provide a chest thats challenging enough to get, than there won't be any tier 3's on that map

So what's the word on tier 3's? Are they still under consideration? Pushed off until a less busy time? Or secretly being placed around the maps by Chad's army of midget bunnies?
