Tier 3 Chests?

I see in the (tutorial area) of the pre-game lobby it says " Tier 3 chests- The Mysterious Tier 3 chests aren't added yet, but they are announced and will have amazing content". I was just wondering if anyone knew (a staff member or Vip) when they will be added, will they be added into existing maps or only new maps and what kind of content was going to be inside?

yes true haha dont give anybody any ideas (staff) i think a good one would be at the very top of the tallest building in SG2. (the one that you can enderpearl out of the map and jump back in into water
