I would just like to add two comments that need to be considered. These points will always be a role in the servers, and their is no simple way to extinguish them.
1st, the internet. The internet is thousands of basically anonymous people that can do almost anything. When MCSG was first created it had nearly no publicity, which is why is had less hackers and so on. But now, how can Moderators moderate such a huge enterprise when MCSG is constantly growing? People are always going to hack, and there is always going to be troubles.
Secondly, we're all human. Yes, sometimes 15 year olds can be immature as you have shown with this thread (Gottcha), but so can everyone else. However, to criticize a whole age group as you have done is completely inappropriate. It's the same thing as making a generalization about a whole racial group. As with the internet, there are so many different people around the world all with different intentions, so naturally some 15 year old's are going to be mature and some not. Fortunately, the best we can do is try and make good decisions about who to put in charge. Yet again, we're only human.
Please keep these comments in mind. Also, one more thing. Before something is clean, it's an utter mess. Who says MCSG isn't going to get cleaned up? (If you're looking at it with your mindset.)
