Happens to me with some pictures. Are you clicking upload file at the bottom of the page, or are you clicking insert image?

I've only ever been caught in there once. I still won the game. ;D (I used a cake to prevent the lava getting to me, and I already had full iron with a diamond sword I just crafted. )
