To my knowledge, we don't have a win requirement, I thinks it more based on skill.

Apparently there is no requirement. We base on skill but you should have a decent amount of wins. Anywhere 200-250 or above is good I think.

Even though there are former Titans and Rebels members you cant really label us like that.

Of course we evaluate people. Thats what clans do. But you are wrong about friendship and clans co-existing. Over the course of the last 5 months in competitive clans I have found a family to join, had great times and met so many close friends.
