Yes.... it can... just wait. It took me about a day for my app to get accepted and for some it takes longer

How often have you teamed with the Leaders/Officers: Everytime I randomly see the ones in a sever that I know, I either team with them or truce. Pretty much every night for the most part.
PvP Strengths: I've been pretty good with a bow lately. When I choose to use flint n steal I'm good with it. I'm good with sneak attacks. For the most part, I can handle teams of two well.
PvP Weaknesses: Hackers, flint n steal, and teams more than two. and the fishing rod, oh how I loath the fishing rod!
You cool?: I try c;

PvP Strengths: Good at bowing, Good against teams of 2, I am well at working with teams, and kinda good at the fishing rod tactic
PvP Weaknesses: Teams of 3 or more :c
