How often have you teamed with the Leaders/Officers: I have no experience teaming with any leaders or officers, but I'm in a channel with lots of officers and leaders often. I've actually tam'd with Cscoop on GMod murder, but he killed me. What a dingus... I was only taking a bath.
PvP Strengths: Pretty strong with a bow, FnS, strafing, crits, jukes (my favourite), and running away. (I'm good at running away because I get chased 70% of the game and as they say, practice makes perfect!)
PvP Weaknesses: I'm not necessarily the strongest fishing rodder. I hit people most of the time, but I never bother to use it strategically like hitting em into walls.

I think it's actually better. It'll cause more hype (instead of it being just Clan Wars, it'll be Clan Wars Day and Forgotten vs The 6-7 Clans That We Challenged Day) and (from what I predict) you'll be able to bring in your best roster.
