I saw someone get banned for saying "DONKEYBALLS," yet the guy who was spamming racial slurs in all CAPS didn't. Face it, the system is corrupt. Good people get banned for *almost* nothing, and that soils their MC-wide reputation.
Don't be like that. Mods can't catch everything on 70 servers that run 24/7. Sure, mods might miss things once in a while, they may not catch everyone who needs to be caught, but these servers (and the mods) are still amazing, and there's no reason to start calling the system corrupt.

Oh, most mods are nice enough. But the system's seriously messed up. People can get banned for saying "Damn" (or "DONKEYBALLS"), yet others get away with spamming racial slurs. And it also depends on the mod.

Also, can't the mods mute? Must they ban for chat offenses? If someone's muted, they can't bother anyone anymore.

It's exploiting a glitch, a line has to be drawn and this is where it's drawn. If you block glitch in lobby you will be kicked, if you do it again after the kicking and you've been kicked before you will get a ban end of story. Just don't glitch exploit and everything will be okay.
I don't really get it, does it do any harm to the server? And when you say line, do you mean a line of code?

It's getting into places where you know you're not meant to be.
But what if you don't do it intentially, like it just happens and you have no control over it (e.g. lag).

Is it just me or every lobby update has one lagblock glitch added and the previous fixed.

It is really quite simple. if you see something like that, don't just leave it thinking "a mod will take care of it." Take half a second, press t to open the full chat, then press f2 to screencap. report in the report abuse section and Bam!...Justice be served as you helped the mods out by observing and reporting when a mod might not be able to. It's really easy, I mean dang, I frequently am able to report people that spam in lobby before the current round even starts up. it's simple, efficient, and helps a tonne. hope this was helpful.
