Should I get a steel series sensei or a razer naga?

Neither. Both have laser sensors, which are less accurate and are guaranteed to have positive or negative acceleration on them, which is really crappy. Mice with optical sensors are the best, I'd recommend a Steelseries Rival, Razer Deathadder, or a Zowie FK1.
