Not trying to continue a flame war here, I know how annoying they can be. Yes, you can report him to a mod for advertising his clan, but he can also report burning for behavior like that. When CaptainRockon advertised his, I asked him to leave nicely, not "Screw off"

Yeah... Screw isn't a cuss word... So I can say it... All it is is rude behavior. I did overreact, I'm sorry, but I just got discusted when I saw him advertising after he left.

He joined premival ( idk how I spell it), and if its cools off hear, and doesn't go so well with him and premival(still don't know how to spell it), then he will join back
