It's probably an addition we'll all adapt to eventually if Mojang decide to pass it through. I'm not a huge fan of it personally, as the limitations that having a tenuous cooldown between each weapon swing don't appeal to me. At least it will advocate the improvement of other aspects of PvP, and no longer will fights be decided by how fast one can click their mouse.
