Here's how it works: you "ban" the person above you based on... well, anything.

Ex.
Joe Minecrafter: ohnoawhiteguy is banned for being new.
Steve Minecrafter: Joe is banned for picking on noobs.
Tomcat: Banned for being human.
Chuck Norris: Banned for making fun of those who I made.
