Rating: 8.5/10 (plus a star for being my current favorite show of all time)

Do You Recommend This To Others?: Yes, very much so. While the initial start (first 5 episodes) is a little slow, it starts picking up around episode six and every episode from 8 till the end is pure brilliance. It fleshes out these characters so much, and the main two have great levels of depth and development. The setting is incredibly interesting, and the art contributes well to this as well. It's one of the few (actually, I think, only) shows that has legitimately made me cry tears of joy. That's how good it was. Don't be offput by the angelic look to it, as it's purely an aesthetic choice (from the words of the series director himself) and while the show does touch on guilt, sin, and redemption, it never even talks about religion, and the few mentions of God are made in passing as they are just generally made most shows.
Dub or Sub?: Personally I feel the sub is significantly better, particularly Rakka's VA put a lot more emotion into it that the dub actor did, but the dub is still pretty good so I wouldn't recommend against it.
