Just a quick tip on making a username, the best ones are the ones that flow freely. I would suggest going http://www.minecraft.net/haspaid.jsp?user=WriteTheUsernameHere
Pick a letter, and write whatever comes to mind. Press enter and you can find out if it's premium or not. True means it's premium, false means it's available.
Some interesting ones I've thought of are:
Logilstan
Bumarilla
Astikol
Munito
Vekyol
Panatilly
Cincuenta
And I could keep going
