Teleporting Once Game Starts

This has happened to me a few times, that after the game starts and you start to sprint off the platform, it keeps teleporting you back and forth and you can hardly move. It goes away after about 10-15 seconds, but those seconds have gotten me killed a few times, as well as not getting a running start to certain chests.

Except using the crouch key doesn't fix it for me, and I'm sure some people don't think to use crouch also so if it could be fixed.
