Yoshi is nice... Even if he did hack. He obviously doesn't care if you kill him or not so you might as well leave him alone.

-You must be able to be active commonly

Umm, points are being reset in a week or so. Why bother with that requirement when you'll all be equal withing days anyway.

AKA, nobody will be much better than anybody else for a while.
