Hey doods, 
I finally got my stuff together and decided to do this.
The idea was sitting in my head for few months now, but I think idea will still be an idea if you don't act on it.
Team LP is a team of Let's Players, who record Video Games and Minecraft is one of them.
The Idea is to create a team of 5-6 people who record (for now, in future that number may be increased); and a 2-4 players who are just fun to play with. We will provide a team speak channel for communication, and it will also be convenient because you can see who's online, and who you can record with; get in to private room (oooh baby), hit that sexy fraps hot key and we are in business.
Role of the Recording Ppl - to organize them selves; and record with other recorders.
Role of the Players - help out the recorders when they have no partner to record with.
Requirements:
1) Be 18+ in real life
2) Good mic (professional would be an asset), good ping, strong computer, good voice, good personality.
Also, for the future, if you don't like any of the members that currently record or play with us, don't join.
If you think your better then everyone else - don't join.
If you think that people will owe one you if you record with them - don't join.
If you have no idea of how recording, editing, uploading etc. works - don't join.
If you want to waste your time and our time - don't join.

6) Additional skills (Cinema 4D, photoshop, HTML, etc.)
