No, there's another mapping contest that was teased in the most recent update but there isn't an official thread for it yet.

Yeah, a previous update on these forums mentioned specifically a "mapping contest", which this is not.

From what I gathered, that contest will be announced when AlpakaWhacker is able to get it announced. However, AW is on vacation right now, so it may be a couple more days before it is announced.
