According to the AU MCSG Clan Battle Guide, there was specifically a Rule which says "Under no circumstances are extra clan members allowed to be in the same game as the people in the battle." On the first match where we vsed, we had one of our clan member spectating which was MCSWAG01. So you guys said that he was spectating, he was in our clan so that round was a dq. We accepted this and continued battling. On the last round (which was Moonbase9) you had one of your clan members spectating, which was Bangers. As me and jackson_murray got killed off spawn with stone swords, we see bangers msg on the server. As we found this out, we told Element that they had bangers spectating and the round should be dq. However they argued about how bangers wasn't spectating and kept saying that we were just unlucky that we got killed at spawn. However since we got affcted by this rule and we did the same thing as you, we have came to a decision which is "If you guys just don't accept you broke the rules and restart a round, the whole clan battle would be a dq as they are not agreeing to the Clan Battle rules." ThankYou and we hope that we can just continue playing MCSG normally without and more dramas.

Your clan member was still spectating at least 2-3 minutes after live game commenced. Also our clan member spectating MCSWAG01 never gave out any positions and did not affect the clan battle in any way. You also never said that we were following the AU clan battle guide so this is not against the rules anyway.
