Survival Games Server automatic stop after every match

Hello,
I'm looking for a solution as I can my MC server after each game stop. Currently I keep coming back to the lobby and access to all newly to join. I have my own startup script that must be executed before each round. Therefore, the server always has to stop.
Do you have any idea where I can make the change?
