By details do you mean that the overall structures are fine, but they just need a bit of re-working? As for terraforming... What would you suggest for a city map? It's not supposed to have loads of hills and mountains. :/

Well a lot of the buildings are pretty flat looking, so you could do something about that, and though a city doesn't need much terraforming, it can still have some low sloping here and there.
