Here are a list of the commands I think should be modified:
/balance <name> | REMOVED - I believe a players balance is for them to share only! (If there isn't a way to prevent a player from seeing other peoples balance without revoking the ability to see their own, make a sign at spawn with [Balance])
/tptoggle | ADDED - Being able to tptoggle is extremely useful, especially if there's that annoying noob who really wants to come meet up. This only makes it so that other people cannot request to teleport to you or for you to teleport to them!
/plugins (alias=/pl) | ADDED - I would find it extremely useful to see what plugins the server uses (I had no idea they had ColoredSigns installed for example), and it is possible to hide individual plugin from the list to prevent hackers from knowing what anticheat plugins are installed.
