STEAM SUMMER SALE 2015

So as most of us might know, the steam summer sale is over in 30 hours, with the best deals since the beginning on a bunch of games. I wondering what games i should get. I have a unlimited budget practically, but am definitely safe with my money.

I enjoy action games with a good story, killing, and characterization.
Or games that are building your surroundings. (Like Sims or city skylines)

This sale i currently bought

• Dead Rising 3
• H1Z1
• City Skylines
• TWD Game Season 2

Games i currently own that are on the sale. (That i know of)

• Grand Theft Auto V
• All Mass Effects
• Hitman Series
• Kerbal Space Program
• Dying Light (AMAZING ZOMBIE GAME)
• Borderlands (1, and 2, NOT PREQUEL)
• CS:GO
• Garry's Mod
• Watch Dogs
• Fallout 3

That's about it. Give me some recommendations please.

Saints Row Franchise Pack and AC Franchise Pack. Most games of the series and all of the DLCs of the games. This sale I only bought the SR Franchise Pack as I already bought a new phone and didn't have that much money.
I would suggest Mortal Kombat X, Bad Rats Kappa, Kerbal Space Program, Warhammer Space Marine and such.
They are all great games.

The value of buying games right now is more than buying keys.
Also, imo in the most part buying cs keys is pointless.

Thanks to everyone for the recommendations but This War of Mine was such a good game, i have yet to beat it, but you really feel for the characters and the war survivors in real life. It's quite sad, especially after you all die off and it shows a card with their faces telling what happened to them throughout the war.
