Spectators Can Block Arrows

Spectators can stand in front of people with bows and the arrows bounce back. I dont know if this is bug is fixed or not.

I doubt it is possible but it could be a bukkit bug as we are running beta build 1.3

It's been possible to block arrow from the start.

I love bouncing them back and killing the spectators....ha ha
