Spawn is laggy

I have Optifine etc

The rest of the server is fine, but the spawn is so laggy for me. Not server-side, graphic's wise.

Does anyone else get this or do I need to fix my minecraft again?

It can be a bit laggy for me too, not exactly sure why.
