You cannot make this clan. I am the owner of the first Sparta, I have not given you permission to make a V2. If I ever wanted to reband Sparta, I would do it myself. Please don't do something like this without the proper consent of the owner of the original clan. You can change the name or request a lock.

I have talked with a mod that has been a mod longer than you. He sadi since the name is "SpartaV2" that you cant hold anything against me because its a different name. also, he said that since you disbanded it because of "school" that It would still be ok if i made it "sparta", which id dint. so ya
