Not really explained, but there are essentially two meanings to it, those being.
- Abusive: Mainly trying to get into someone else's head and trying to make them feel bad for.. What exactly? Dying on minecraft, I dunno but it apparently works.
- Respectful: Where people try and signify that the game was well played and enjoyable, unfortunately no one considers this now as this community.. Yeah, lol
Funny story, the other day I was playing and I was fisted off corn by a team of 4 who said GG 10 and that sort of stuff, instead of retaliating I just laughed and continued watching my friend. He took out all 4 of them and they all left immediately, like they were afraid to back up their talk? I don't know to be honest. I didn't give anything back to them, I simply told my friend that he did a good job outplaying them. xD oh yes I'm slowly spiralling into inactivity, because of my internet dying recently or maybe it's just because the game has gotten over competitive, people skipping school and DDoSing others over the game? I procrastinated homework and said "GG" to discourage other players, I thought I was bad haha.
Moral of the story, abuse only gets to you if you let it get to you. As a highly competitive player I can tell you, MCSG can get the worst of you. I used to neglect work (still got good grades somehow xD) and social time to play MCSG, looking back on it I feel kinda pathetic haha. If you think that someone else's opinion of you matters then it doesn't. If you're going to complain about that team of 5 hackers and all the abuse then stop playing, it shows something about your character and how much MCSG means to you if you can't give it a break. Don't give me any bs about this, I've been there and I know.
To axared, give the game a break. If it's working you up this much you obviously care about it way to much, MCSG isn't going to get you anywhere in life. It takes time to realise, but one day you'll look back and see.
