No, they don't change like that... They change for US and EU and AU (regions) but not servers in the same regions

It doesn't work like that. They are different across the regions (US, EU, AU), but they are all the same in a specific region.

Possibly, but it's most likely a leaderboards glitch hat has affected several people recently.
