so when ever im being chased of spawn i always get hit and i get hit far with the knock back so i always get tp'ed back and stuck in the block and get merked does this only happen to me?

I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about and it is called "rubber banding". It can be a big problem sometimes, but you just have to deal with it because I'm pretty sure it's a problem with minecraft, not mcsg. Correct me if I'm wrong about this.
