You can download it by the way. Just drag it off to your desktop or right click the skin and click 'Save Image As' and then save it to where you want.

Go to minecraft.net and hit Login. Login, then click 'Choose File' under 'Change how you look in Minecraft', then find the file and it should carry out from there.
