Skin Problems?

Hey, my skin has recently not been working. I see it as my skin, but some people are saying that they are seeing it as a black blob. I know many Survival Games guys and gals are good with Minecraft, so can you help me out?

Try restarting your minecraft. If that does not work then it's probably a mojang bug. Your skin will appear tomorrow or possibly sooner. You shouldn't stress about it. If all else fails, try re-uploading your skin.

What did you do to fix it? Im on the PE and this has been happening for almost a week. I cant join others games and everyone sees a black blob no matter what i change my skin too. Help?
