Signature not working

I live in the US but only play on the EU servers because the US servers are usually full. When i went to get my signature from the EU leaderboards it is just a box with a page thing in it. When I get it from the US leaderboards it is fine. How can I make the EU signature work?

It seems as though the EU signatures are currently broken.
