When i try to buy a rank it keeps saying enter your user name and when i do and click buy it says enter your username again.

Ok, I will try to help. These are the steps that should be completed when purchasing a rank. If these don't happen for you, contact [email protected].

• Enter Username (Be Caps specific)
• Click Buy on the package in which you wish to purchase
• A screen will come up, showing the perks. Click "Add to Cart" on the bottom left
• Your cart will come up, enter your details and the payment method you wish to use
• go through any other steps in which your payment method asks you to
• wait a few minutes, your rank should appear at MCGamer
